  Make sure to check your order before leaving and if you try to get any kind of Ice Cream product after 7 pm..... there machine "breaks down" every night since at least last year. Don't get ice cream often, have tried 4 times over the past year and EVERY time, we are told the machine is broken. I try to avoid this store if possible, have been know to drive into Kingsport out of the way because this store is so unorganized ......

  I have stopped several times and they always have an issue, today when I ordered coffee they stated all they had was decaf made. The last time the coffee machine was broken, before that the ice cream machine wasn't working ( this was 2x in a row), the frappe machine was torn up, they don't have apple pies fresh, out of fries...Care to wait x amt of minutes? It is always something. I'm giving up, won't ever stop again.

  Order all wrong. Big breakfast with hotcakes for in dining. Was in a bag who no saugage. Got the no saugage deal fixed then discovered no fork spoon or knife. The hotcakes were hard. I ate only the center. The biscuit was very good though
